I have not seen a "Rent to Own" agreement that was fair to the renters. So we are making our own. The biggest problem renters need to overcome to become homeowners is the down payment. Our goal is to help you overcome that. Owning the home adds resposibility. Besides the down payment, let's discuss what homeownership requires; Paying interest and principle on a loan, maintaining the home and yard, insurance, and property taxes. That is what I do on my home each month. It is a committment. We are going to make this easy for you if you will make the committment.

Sells Properties Rent To Own

Down payment; Not required. Just a small deposit to insure good faith.

Interest and Principle; A monthly payment is required. It is based on the value of the home, and a 20 to 30 year note at 8.25% interest.

Maintenance; You will be required to maintain the property. If a major repair is needed like a new roof or new A/C and you wish us to take care of  it we will add the cost to the loan.

Insurance; We will pay for insurance for the home. You will need your own insurance to cover your possessions.

Property Taxes; To maintain the "Rent To Own" you will be required to pay them as any home owner would. You will pay 1/12 of the annual taxes each month, just as you would with a bank loan. 

It is our intent along the way to provide you with information on money management and credit improvement. This will be general in nature and not meant to personally intrude in anyones life. The goal is to make sure everyone has the tools necessary to successfully own their home. If you ever want my personal advice on your particular situation, I am happy to help, but you will have to request it.

Our reputation for providing good affordable homes has helped us become the largest home provider in the area. It is our intent to provide an excellent service for families to become homeowners and build an excellent reputation doing just that.
