How much is the rent for the home you are interested in?

Enter your approximate household income total (including all working adults): Your income must be at least three times the monthly rent.

Is your income from a verifiable source (not under the table or temporary employment)?

How long have you had your current job? If you were hired on from a temporary position to full-time, the time spent in the temporary role can count towards the 6 months requirement.

Do you have rental history from a verifiable source (not friends or family)? If you do not have verifiable rental history, you may need to pay first, last, and security deposit.

Do you have pets?

Are any of your pets breeds that are restricted? Please send a photo of your dogs to hopega222@gmail.com for verification.

Has a landlord filed against you in magistrate court in the last two years? Any court filing by a landlord in the last two years may disqualify you.
